Pick Up

Your order can be picked up cold for easy reheating later or hot and ready to serve. Pick up is available at Short Pump between 10:30 and 6:00 daily. Pick up is available at Scott’s Addition 10-4 Monday through Friday and Saturdays 10-3. We do not have pick up in Scott’s Addition on Sunday.

Drop and Go Delivery

If you are within the general RVA metropolitan area we can deliver your order cold for easy reheating later or hot and ready to serve. Minimum order for delivery is $150, and the fee is 5% of the food costs ($15 minimum). We do not make deliveries on Sunday. Pick up only on Sunday from Short Pump.

Delivery Plus Set Up:

Set Up Service – Want everything looking great before your guests arrive? We will set up the food so you are ready to roll! The fee for set up is 3% of the food cost ($10 minimum).

Order Lead Time

We suggest an order lead time of 48 hours but can often accommodate next day orders. For large orders serving over 35 people we appreciate more notice. For orders within 48 hours or orders over $1000 please contact us directly via the form below or call us at 804-885-6036.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment is required at least 48 hours in advance of your order. Online ordering provides easy payment by credit card. Deposits may be required for very large orders.

You may edit your order up to 48 hours before your pick up or delivery by going back into your account. For edits within 48 hours please email us at or call us at 804-885-6036.

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled pick-up or delivery may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the food value.
